It's really simple! 2 weeks before your hire expiry date you will receive a reminder email. You can click on the return link in the email, and select a date that you are likely to return the capsule to your local Australia post office.
Our Consumer care team will generate a return label for the date you have selected and send it to you via email. You can either print it or take it to the post office on your phone.
If you wish to continue using the capsule past the initial 3 or 6 months, you don't need to do anything. Once you are ready to return the capsule, please contact our consumer care team at customerservice@dorel.com.au or connect with us on live chat to request a return label.
Please note: Return labels are valid for 24 hours, please select a date that you are likely to return the capsule. If you missed the day for any reason, please reach out to us and our consumer care team will generate a new label for you.
