Verify if the router is powered off or disconnected from the network. If so, allow the router some time to recover, usually about two minutes.
Inspect whether the router has been replaced, or if there have been changes to the Wi-Fi name or password. If yes, remove the Maxi-Cosi Baby See Monitor from the list and re-add it to the network.
Ensure the firmware is up to date. You can check this via the app: Home > Tap device icon > Top right button > Check for Firmware Updates.
If the Baby See Monitor disconnects after extended use but returns to normal following router restart or device re-networking, it suggests router overload due to prolonged high-load usage. Consider upgrading to a more powerful router.
If the Baby See Monitor remains unable to connect even after the above steps, relocate it to an area with strong network signals and attempt reconnection.
