Ensure that the Soothe Light & Sound device is powered on and switched on.
Make sure your device is receiving strong and stable Wi-Fi signals and is online within the Maxi-Cosi Connected Home App.
After scheduling a task, avoid shutting down or resetting the device, as these actions can disrupt the timing process.
Double-check the accuracy of the scheduled task's validity period. Access "Timing" and verify if the "Repeat" settings cover the required period (Monday to Sunday availability). If the period is accurate, delete the existing timed task and create a new one.
For Wi-Fi devices, if the device is disconnected from the network, time-related functions won't work. For Bluetooth devices, a Bluetooth gateway is necessary to maintain consistent time-related functions. For Zigbee devices, a Zigbee gateway is required for time-related functions to work correctly.
If a scheduled task doesn't activate as intended, it might be due to a time zone mismatch between your device and your location. If the issue persists, consider restoring the device to factory settings via the Maxi-Cosi Connected Home App and then re-add the device before reconfiguring the timer task.
