PC Steps:
Locate the network icon on the system desktop's bottom right corner.
- Click [Network and Internet settings] in the pop-up dialog.
- Choose WLAN from the left-hand options.
- Click [Hardware Properties] under [WLAN].
- Access the network band information.
Mobile Steps - Android:
For Android devices, steps may vary. Using Huawei as an example:
- Open the Wi-Fi list and tap the connected Wi-Fi name.
- Relevant information, including frequency, will be displayed.
Mobile Steps - iOS:
iOS - AirPort Tool:
- Download the AirPort Tool from the App Store.
- Turn on Wi-Fi Scanner in "Settings - Airport Tools."
- Launch the App, then tap "Wi-Fi Scan" at the upper right. Channels 1-13 represent 2.4G, while those beyond 13 indicate 5G.
